What Makes Summit Different?

Small Class Sizes:
We believe one of the greatest contributors to student success is our intentionally small class sizes, typically ranging from 16–20 students.
In a smaller classroom environment, every child is truly seen, known, and valued as an individual.
Fully Accredited:
Summit Christian School is fully accredited regionally by Christian Schools of Florida, and nationally by the National Council for Private School Accreditation.
Gospel-Centered Foundation:
The gospel is at the heart of all we do at Summit. It guides our teaching, shapes our character, and strengthens the way we care for one another as a school community.

Collaboration:
At Summit, collaboration is an important part of how our teachers support student growth. Through shared planning, professional reflection, and ongoing conversations about learning, teachers draw on their experience and available assessment information to recognize strengths, respond to students’ needs, and plan meaningful next steps.
Our Monday late-start mornings give teachers dedicated time to collaborate, plan instruction, and strengthen their classroom practice. Teachers also receive theology training with pastors from Westminster Presbyterian Church, deepening their understanding of the Word and helping them integrate biblical truth into daily learning. These mornings are vital to Summit’s mission, equipping our teachers to support students’ academic and spiritual growth.
Wisdom for Life:
We help students grow in wisdom by teaching them to think deeply, see the world through the truth of Christ, and use their gifts to serve others with humility. In Summit’s grace-filled community, each student is known, loved, and faithfully challenged to grow.
